Can you rent a Snoo in the UK? The answer is YES!

Like a 24/7 babysitter, SNOO bassinet boosts sleep with gentle rocking and soothing…for all naps and nights. Its quick response often calms upsets in under a minute. And its “5-second swaddle” reduces dangerous rolling.

The Snoo Smart Sleeper comes with one rented mattress, sheet and one swaddle of each size (S, M, L). If you would like to purchase these brand new you can buy the mattress here, sheets here, and the swaddles here. 

NB: The Snoo bassinet arrives in a box which can be flat-packed for storage. We ask that you keep this box for the return. If the box is lost or damaged there is a £60 replacement box fee. 

Please note that we may send swaddles and sheets in different colours. If you have a preference please let us know!

The Happiest Baby app can be downloaded separately. Please note that Baboodle is not affiliated with the use of this app. Premium app features have an additional monthly cost. More information on this can be found here.

Please note: The Snoo box is able to be flat-packed and stored. We ask that you keep the box for return shipping. If the box is not returned we have to charge a surcharge to cover our costs for a new box and return shipment. 

How we clean our Snoos 

The Snoo Smart Sleeper is thoroughly cleaned and sterilised in between each rental. Our cleaning process is as follows: 

  • The white mesh is removed, steam cleaned and sanitised, removing any stains with baby-safe stain remover.

  • The insides are thoroughly wiped down and sanitised, removing all dust.

  • Our Swaddles, mattress covers and sheets are professionally laundered.

  • We connect to the Snoo, checking the wifi and connectivity with the Happiest Baby app.

  • The sanitised mesh is re-attached, the swaddles packaged up and we send it on it's way to it's new home! 

How long will I use this item? 

The Snoo Smart Sleeper is used for an average of 3 months, and is suitable from birth to 6 months.

How does the rental work? 

Baboodle is a fully flexible rental subscription service. Your monthly subscription cost is the price above. Keep your rented item for as long as you need, and 

 

cancel the subscription at any time through our returns portal.

Delivery & Packaging

 

Delivery

During checkout you can choose your selected delivery date. We are currently operating on a one week dispatch time, plus shipping, so make sure you allow plenty of time. If you're in a hurry, just let us know and we'll get your items to you as quickly as possible!

Delivery is a flat fee of £7.95. FREE RETURNS.

If you're based in London, all of our delivery vans are electric, charged with 100% green electricity from renewable sources, and there is even a tree planted for every parcel delivered. 

 

If you’re ordering an item for a holiday please ensure that your preferred delivery date allows for some margin between the item arrival date and the day you leave. Our deliveries are reliant on the courier partners we use and we cannot be held responsible for any third-party delays to deliveries.

 

Packaging

We package our items in reusable boxes with eco-friendly protective packaging. Significantly less packaging is generated through our service, which saves enormous amounts of energy in recycling.

We deliver your items in either cardboard boxes that you can flat pack, or eco friendly mailers, both of which you can save for returning your items. All of our suppliers are responsible suppliers.

IMPORTANT: All Snoo packaging must be kept in order to return. A £60 charge will be applied to cover the cost of new packaging and return shipment if the packaging is not kept.

Returns

We offer free returns. Your subscription stops when your item is returned to us, it's that easy! For more information on how to return your item to us , check out our returns portal. 

Insurance

 

For high value items we recommend you ensure your items are covered by your home insurance or take out separate insurance for the items as our insurance does not cover loss or theft.
