How do our free returns work?

Register your return
You can request an instant return via your 'My Account' page, or you can simply drop us an email. You will receive an email containing a link to generate your return information.
Give it a bit of a clean
We will give the item a thorough clean ready for its next home. However, we really appreciate it if you send it back to us in a good state. For more information on this click here.
Post your item

Follow the steps in the 'Return Instructions' email you will have received email to generate your Post Office drop-off label, or organise collection for your item.
Your subscription is updated!
As soon as we receive the item back your subscription will be amended, and your next payment will not include the returned item.
