How Does Shipping Work?
Once you’ve completed your checkout and your first payment is processed, we’ll get to work arranging the delivery of your item. We ship to all mainland UK addresses Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Stock Availability & Lead Times
We do our very best to get your items to you by your preferred delivery date. However, availability can sometimes change unexpectedly due to high demand. Lead times will vary based on stock levels, so we recommend placing your order with plenty of time to spare, and allowing a couple of days' margin ahead of any travel dates.
If your order’s delivery date is important to you, please give us a heads-up and we’ll try to accommodate it! Just note that, due to stock availability or third-party courier delays, we can’t always guarantee the exact date.
Packaging
We reuse boxes where we can. That means the box your item arrives in might not look brand new, but rest assured, it’s always clean, secure, and perfect for protecting your item. This reduces unnecessary waste and keeps Baboodle as sustainable as possible. It also keeps the price of your items as low as they can be (boxes are expensive!).
Please make sure you keep your box to return your item in.

Delivery Process & Couriers
We work with trusted courier partners to get your items to you safely. While we can’t control the delivery process once your package leaves our hands, we do track every order to ensure it reaches you. If your item doesn’t arrive on time or if there’s any issue with the delivery, just get in touch with us, and we’ll help you sort it out.
Shipping Costs
We keep things simple when it comes to shipping costs. The cost of delivery is included in the price you see at checkout, so there are no hidden fees. Returns are also included in your rental cost, so no nasty surprises when it comes to sending your items back!
Missed Deliveries & Returns
If you’re not home when the delivery arrives, don’t panic! Our couriers will usually leave a card to let you know how to reschedule your delivery. If you miss your collection date when returning your item, we’ll work with you to arrange a new time. Just reach out, and we’ll help make it happen.
Track Your Order
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you tracking details so you can keep an eye on your delivery. You can select a safe space, alternative address or an alternative delivery date via your tracking link.
