At Baboodle you can rent next-to-me cribs, smart cribs and travel cots on a fully flexible basis. With brands such as Snoo, Stokke, Chicco and Moonboon available to rent, there really is something for everyone.

When renting through Baboodle, you get access to premium, quality checked cots and cribs for a fraction of the cost of buying. Our fully flexible service adapts to your changing needs. Need a smart crib to help with restless nights? Rent a Snoo. Need a compact crib for travelling abroad? Rent on on Baboodle.

Delivery & Collection

Delivery: Select your preferred delivery date on the checkout page. We will deliver your products on this date, and your rental will start from then. You will pay for your first period up-front, but any subsequent payments will be exactly one month from delivery. Shipping costs £7.95 within the UK. You can also collect from our Central London warehouse.

Returns: When you are ready to return your item, just hit ‘cancel’ in your account or email us at returns@baboodle.co.uk. You will be sent a link to create your FREE returns label and book in your return. We pause payments for 5 days whilst we await your items. Once the items arrive back with us your rental will be ended and all payments will be stopped.

Damage, wear and repair

Baboodle cover general wear and tear (scratches and small stains). They are to be expected. If the item is damaged beyond repair, lost, or stolen, we may charge you for the total estimated Replacement Value of the item. If the item is repairable, but the repair is expected to cost over £20, we may charge you for the cost of repair. Thankfully, our damage rate is incredibly low. We only rent items that do not damage easily. Of our 10,000+ rentals last year, we had to charge for fewer than 5.

Is it safe to rent a Crib?

Absolutely! Every piece of equipment Baboodle sends out undergoes a rigorous quality check and thorough cleaning process. Each item is carefully inspected for visible damage, including tears or cracks. Functional components such as brakes, wheels and reclining systems are tested to ensure they operate smoothly. We use baby-friendly sanitising spray from Dew to thoroughly clean and sterilise every item.

Crib rental subscription

On your chosen day, your first month's payment will be taken and your items delivered straight to your door. After this, a monthly payment will be taken until you return your item.

When you're ready to end your subscription, log your return on our Returns Portal. We'll send you a QR code or a printable label for your free return. Once it's arrived with us we'll stop your payments and give the item a thorough clean ready for its next home.
