Absolutely. By using our 'One off' calendar, you can select your specific rental dates. Our travel pram rentals are available by the day.

It depends on how often you travel. The average family uses a travel pram 1.5 X a year. At £47 for a 2 week rental, most people would spend under £200 on travel prams whilst their child can use them.

As long as we haven't dispatched it, we can amend the dates. We are 100% flexible. If we have dispatched it, you can usually adjust the delivery date on the tracking link provided.

Buying everything you need for a baby is expensive, a drain on the planet's resources, and, let's be honest, a faff. On top of that, babies grow out of things so quickly (if they ever even liked it in the first place) that it just doesn't make sense to buy.

Reduce waste: The UK baby equipment market has a carbon footprint of approximately 280,000kg CO2e annually. The carbon footprint of an average pram is approximately 450 kg CO2e. Baboodle offers an alternative at the point of purchase, increasing the life cycle of a product and reducing its impact on the environment. Now the sustainable choice is the obvious choice. 

Make space: No need to keep two prams in your house just in case you go on a plane. Rent your travel pram from Baboodle and send it back as soon as you are home!

YES! All of our travel prams are IATA airline approved, meaning on the vast majority of airlines they will be allowed overhead. Feel free to reach out to double check with us, but we haven't had any rejected yet!

Delivery: Select your preferred delivery date on the checkout page. We will deliver your products on this date, and your rental will start from then. You will pay for your first period up-front, but any subsequent payments will be exactly one month from delivery. Shipping costs £7.95 within the UK. You can also collect from our Central London warehouse.

Returns: When you are ready to return your item, just hit ‘cancel’ in your account or email us at returns@baboodle.co.uk. You will be sent a link to create your FREE returns label and book in your return. We pause payments for 5 days whilst we await your items. Once the items arrive back with us your rental will be ended and all payments will be stopped.

Baboodle cover general wear and tear (scratches and small stains). They are to be expected. If the item is damaged beyond repair, lost, or stolen, we may charge you for the total estimated Replacement Value of the item. If the item is repairable, but the repair is expected to cost over £20, we may charge you for the cost of repair. Thankfully, our damage rate is incredibly low. We only rent items that do not damage easily. Of our 10,000+ rentals last year, we had to charge for fewer than 5. 

Absolutely! Every piece of equipment Baboodle sends out undergoes a rigorous quality check and thorough cleaning process. Each item is carefully inspected for visible damage, including tears or cracks. Functional components such as brakes, wheels and reclining systems are tested to ensure they operate smoothly. We use baby-friendly sanitising spray from Dew to thoroughly clean and sterilise every item.
