Baboodle is a fully flexible rental subscription service. Your monthly subscription cost is the price above. Keep your rented item for as long as you need, and cancel the subscription at any time through our returns portal.

Delivery is a flat fee of £7.95.
Returns
We offer free returns. Your subscription stops when your item is returned to us, it's that easy! For more information on how to return your item to us , check out our returns portal.
Packaging
We package our items in reusable boxes with eco-friendly protective packaging. Significantly less packaging is generated through our service, which saves enormous amounts of energy in recycling.
We deliver your items in either cardboard boxes that you can flat pack, or eco friendly mailers, both of which you can save for returning your items. All of our suppliers are responsible suppliers.
For high value items we recommend you ensure your items are covered by your home insurance or take out separate insurance for the items as our insurance does not cover loss or theft.

Buying everything you need for a baby is expensive, a drain on the planet's resources, and, let's be honest, a faff. On top of that, babies grow out of things so quickly (if they ever even liked it in the first place) that it just doesn't make sense to buy.
Save money: Rent premium brands for a fraction of the price only when you need them. On average our customers will rent £3400 worth of short-term use equipment for just £66 a month in the first year (that's over 75% savings 🙌🏻).
Reduce waste: The UK baby equipment market has a carbon footprint of approximately 280,000kg CO2e annually. The carbon footprint of an average pram is approximately 450 kg CO2e. Baboodle offers an alternative at the point of purchase, increasing the life cycle of a product and reducing its impact on the environment. Now the sustainable choice is the obvious choice.
Make space: No more to-be-sold pile cluttering up every spare nook and cranny. Reclaim your space and make time for things that are more important, like quality time with your children, or your bed.
Delivery: Select your preferred delivery date on the checkout page. We will deliver your products on this date, and your rental will start from then. You will pay for your first period up-front, but any subsequent payments will be exactly one month from delivery. Shipping costs £7.95 within the UK.
Returns: When you are ready to return your item, just hit ‘cancel’ in your account or email us at returns@baboodle.co.uk. You will be sent a link to create your FREE returns label and book in your return. We pause payments for 5 days whilst we await your items. Once the items arrive back with us your rental will be ended and all payments will be stopped.
On your chosen day, your first month's payment will be taken and your items delivered straight to your door. After this, a monthly payment will be taken until you return your item.
When you're ready to end your subscription, log your return on our Returns Portal. We'll send you a QR code or a printable label for your free return. Once it's arrived with us we'll stop your payments and give the item a thorough clean ready for its next home.
Baboodle cover general wear and tear (scratches and small stains). They are to be expected. If the item is damaged beyond repair, lost, or stolen, we may charge you for the total estimated Replacement Value of the item. If the item is repairable, but the repair is expected to cost over £20, we may charge you for the cost of repair. Thankfully, our damage rate is incredibly low. We only rent items that do not damage easily. Of our 10,000+ rentals last year, we had to charge for fewer than 5.
We built Baboodle out of the frustration of having to buy new items every time our needs changed, or we realised we didn’t like a product. Exchanges on Baboodle are really simple. Just let us know at hello@baboodle.co.uk that you would like to try a different item. We will charge the £7.95 shipping fee for the new item and change the product in your account as soon as we receive your old item back.

I've rented two travel prams and the Bebello washer machine from Baboodle and each time the process was super quick and easy. All the products are in perfect condition and its a great way to trial items and save space on short term goods. Delivery is fast and the returns process is really simple. My friend recommended the Bugaboo stardust travel cot but it is £200 to buy new and we only needed it for a weekend so I looked into renting and found this website. Easy order system, was delivered in a week. The cot was in a great condition in its original box. When we wanted to return it was easy to book the collection for the following day.
Great Service! First time trying Baboodle. We rented a travel cot while we were away on a road trip for a few weeks.
