Royal Mail Instructions

We hope you enjoyed your Baboodle items! You can follow the instructions below to send them back. If you have any questions please feel free to drop us a message at returns@baboodle.co.uk.

Please note - if you book in a collection with Royal Mail we ask that you take a photograph of the driver with your item in order to provide proof of postage. Unfortunately we can't be held liable for any items that don't make it back to us if we don't have proof of postage. Thank you!

Create your labels

  • Create your labels

    Fill in the information at the link below to create your free returns labels. You will need to create two labels - one for each package. For the second label please prefix your order number with '2-'. For example, if your order number is 2630, your second order number will be 2-2630.

  • Package your items

    Package your items securely in an appropriate box. This will need to be within the Royal Mail size restrictions (these can be found at the link below). Please make sure you remove or cross out all the existing labels so it doesn't get lost on the way back to us.

  • Send them back!

    You can either arrange for a Royal Mail collection from your house on a preferred day, or you can drop them off at the Post Office (you will need a printer for the drop off option). Once we receive them back your subscription will be cancelled.
