Return Instructions

We hope you enjoyed your Baboodle item! You can follow the instructions below to send it back. If you have any questions please feel free to drop us a message at returns@baboodle.co.uk

Please note - if you book in a collection with Royal Mail we ask that you take a photograph of the driver with your item in order to provide proof of postage. Unfortunately we can't be held liable for any items that don't make it back to us if we don't have proof of postage. Thank you!
  • Create your label

    Fill in the information at the link below to create your free returns label. If you have a printer, you can print your label. If you don't have access to a printer you can create a QR code and the postman will bring a label for you when he collects the item!

  • Package your item

    Package your item securely in an appropriate box. This will need to be within the Royal Mail size restrictions (these can be found at the link below). Please make sure you remove or cross out all existing labels so it doesn't get lost on the way back to us.

  • Send it back!

    You can either arrange for a Royal Mail collection from your house on a preferred day, or you can drop your item off at the Post Office (you will need a printer to do this). Once we receive it back your subscription will be cancelled.
