PLEASE READ THIS GUIDE BEFORE STARTING YOUR RETURN.

1. Create your label

Fill in the information below to create your free return. You can select either a QR code or printable label. If you have more than one box to return, please create one label per package.

2. Choose drop-off or collection

Select a post office from the list in order to create a return. Once you have created the return you will be emailed a link where you can book in a free collection, should you prefer.

3. Package your item

Package your item securely in an appropriate box. Please make sure you remove or cross out all existing labels so it doesn't get lost on the way back to us.

4. Lastly!

We ask that you take a photo of the driver with your item. Unfortunately we can't be held liable for items that don't make it back to us if we don't have proof of postage. Thank you!
