Your Baboodle rental
What's included and how it works
We're so glad you're here! Baboodle is a rental service, you pay just for the time you need an item, and when it's no longer needed you just send it back. Simple!
One-off rental
You can expect an email two days before your return date with a link to generate your return.
Flexible rental
The clue is in the name! If you'd like to continue your rental, just keep hold of your item and we'll continue to take the monthly payments on the same day each month. If you'd like to return early, that's fine too, we'll send you a link to calculate your balancing payment.
- Your subscription covers the full rental period, no hidden fees.
- You can make changes to your rental from your account at any time.
- Fair wear and tear is completely expected, we're not here to surprise you.

Please keep your packaging
We reuse it, it's better for the planet
We deliberately reuse our packaging rather than binning it after every order. It's better for the environment and helps keep costs down for everyone. That means the box your item arrives in might not look brand new, but rest assured, it's always clean, secure, and perfect for protecting your item.
- Store the box flat somewhere safe, you'll need it when returning your item.
- Keep any internal packaging, straps or void fill, it all helps protect the item on the way back.
- If the packaging arrives in poor condition, just take a photo and let us know, we'll sort a replacement for your return.
How to return your item
When you're ready to send it back
- Log into your Baboodle account, go to My Rentals and initiate a return.
- Pack your item back into its original packaging, including any accessories, straps or void fill.
- You'll be sent a link to arrange either a drop-off or collection for your items.
Managing your account
Upgrades, pauses, changes and more
- View your current rentals and subscription details
- Cancel your subscription
- Update your address, payment method or personal details
- Initiate a return or request a collection
