"What if we damage it?"

Babies are messy, and we expect that. Scratches and small stains from normal use are fine, and we cover small refurbishments. If a repair would cost over £20 we may charge for it, and if something is lost or beyond repair we may charge its replacement value. Our insurance doesn't cover loss or theft, so check your home insurance for high-value items.

"I'm not sure about kit another baby has used."

Every item is fully cleaned, sanitised and safety-checked at our London warehouse between rentals. Our model only works if we can guarantee quality, so we take it seriously. If anything arrives not right, email hello@baboodle.co.uk and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.

"What if I want to send it back early?"

That's not a problem! Return whenever you are ready. We will just make sure the price you have paid matches your actual rental length. Similarly, if you want to extend, just let us know and we will decrease your monthly price.

"Wouldn't it be cheaper to buy it and sell it on?"

It can be, especially if you'd use it for years or resell it well. Renting suits kit you'll only need for a stage: no big upfront cost, nothing to store, and nothing to sell.
