To help you plan your rentals over the festive period, here are our final shipping and service dates for Christmas.

Last order date: 18 December
Last shipping date: 19 December (for delivery 22nd December)

Orders placed after 18 December will be dispatched from 2 January, when our full team returns.

 

Need to adjust your delivery once it’s on the way?

You can update delivery dates and instructions using your courier’s in-flight tracking link once your parcel is in transit.

 

Courier delays

Christmas is the busiest time of year for all delivery networks. While we’ll dispatch everything on time, couriers may experience delays. Please order in advance if you need your item for a specific date.

 

Stock availability

Many of our most popular items are already booked out for the festive period, so availability cannot be guaranteed. Please place your order as early as possible to secure your rental.

 

Our availability over Christmas

We’ll be working throughout the festive period but taking some family time too, so responses may be slower than usual. Regular service resumes on 2 January.

Returns

We'll process all returns when we're back in the warehouse on the 2nd January. If you have returned an item in that time but you have been charged, you will be refunded when your return is processed.
